Please Start Saying No

If you feel overloaded, you can say no to taking on anything else.

This is your permission slip to say no.

In fact, I'd go a step further and say it's your responsibility to say no. Otherwise, everyone suffers, and you suffer the most.

Most importantly, communicate clearly with the people around you what you can say yes and no to doing.

Most of the confusion and frustration that we experience isn't to do with the no itself, but the fact that we don't clearly communicate our reality, our boundaries.

Instead, we over-promise, procrastinate, say nothing, waffle, blame......

Don't let that be you.

Run your thinking past your coach, sponsor, therapist, and, when you're clear, share, and keep it simple.

Your life will be infinitely more peaceful.
