What if the most radical thing you could do today… was enjoy it?
Joy feels like a whisper in a world shouting about hustle, deadlines, and the next big goal.
We talk about joy—a lot.
But when it comes to actually feeling it? Most of us don’t know where to start.
Joy can feel out of reach—not because we’re joyless, but because we’re busy; we're getting kids out the door, trying to kill it at work, keeping a nice home, making time for ourselves...all while drinking a green smoothie, having sculpted arms and inner peace.
It never ends.
But here’s the truth:
A joyful women can be a threat.
Because if we start trusting ourselves—then what?
If we laugh with delight instead of scanning the room to see if we belong?
If we stop apologizing, shrinking, striving, or second-guessing?
Then we’re no longer manageable.
We’re magnetic.
And that kind of woman doesn’t just change her life—she changes the world around her.
So...
- What if you wore that fabulous dress just to grab a coffee?
- Watch your favorite show at 1pm on a Wednesday (gasp)?
- Rest so deeply you actually wake up smiling?
- Or spoke up instead of buying into the myth of imposter syndrome?
We’ve been taught to treat joy like dessert—earned only after we’ve checked every box.
But joy isn’t a reward. It's an essential ingredient for a good life.
And maybe, just maybe, letting yourself enjoy your life right now is the boldest move you can make.
If joy feels out of reach—or like something you have to earn—let’s change that.
There are a few spots open in June for a complimentary Full of Herself Coaching Session. In it, we’ll explore what’s stealing your joy, how to take it back, and how to do it without guilt—so you can stop playing small and start feeling like yourself again.
So, I'll ask you again, What if the most radical thing you could do today...was enjoy it?
With Love and gratitude,
